This movie is, by far, the best one I have watched this year, even though we are only in the first weekend of that said year. That said, I thought there were a number of great one liners and punchlines that had me chuckling throughout. You just cannot beat a good Rom Com that has a storyline equally balanced with Romance and comedy with just a smidgen of cheese thrown in to the mix to create the perfect recipe. This was my kind of movie whereby the plot of a memorable first encounter, that led to a date, followed by a misunderstanding halted the path of true love, albeit only momentarily. The phony relationship to ensure Bea’s sister’s wedding went well was amusing in how it started and finally unfolded. The way Bea and Ben eventually got their act together after that fantastic first date and confessed their love for one other warmed my heart.
