Wrong Turn 2 Dead End (2007) Storyline :
A gang of strangers travels to the West Virginia woods in the hopes of winning a cash prize for a survival-themed reality television show. Dale (Henry Rollins), an ex-military tough guy, and his fellow explorers (Erica Leerhsen, Texas Battle, and Daniella Alonso) are planning a week of foraging for food and fighting Mother Nature. However, when they discover they are being pursued by a local tribe of cannibals, the contestants are forced to battle their way out — or be devoured in the process.
Review of Wrong Turn 2 Dead End (2007):
I adored the first two films, but this one simply outperformed them. It went for more gore and more kills, which kept it exciting the entire time, it provided answers that the first film did not have time to explain, and it detailed the lives of the mutants and their family bonds, which actually made me empathize with them, which is insanely difficult given what they do. This movie did have some overacting moments, but that helped ground us back to reality with a light chuckle, which is essential in any decent horror movie. It makes me chuckle, makes me nervous for the characters, and maintains a terrific plot line. The continuation of the tale from the previous film is excellent.
