On Halloween, a little mining town celebrates the Mountain Man Festival. The crazy night of costumes, drinking, and partying turns into a slaughter when an inbred family of hillbilly cannibals attacks several college students for food.

It will undoubtedly give you nightmares; I’m not sure what this picture is intended to achieve. I believe it would only entertain a certain type of audience.
The film tells the narrative of some vulnerable individuals being assaulted, tormented, slain, and devoured by the villains; I believe it is a collection of unpleasant happenings from the beginning to the finish of the film.
And I’m perplexed: if cannibals are also human, why do they have such a creepy appearance?
